Booking Policies
I love all of my clients at Conceited and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in the salon. That’s why I've set a few policies to make sure everyone who walks through the doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return again and again. Take a quick read and If you have any questions, please get in touch.
A deposit is now required to secure your appointment and does go towards your overall total.
You are fully responsible for booking, cancelling, and rescheduling your OWN appointments.
All appointments are first come,first serve. So if you dont see it, its not available. (Efffective 08/26/2021)
After Hour appointments are no longer available.(Efffective 08/26/2021)
Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance.
After 2 incidents whether your appointment gets canceled because you were late (more than 10 minutes after the appointment starts and yes, even if you are "on the way"), cancel last minute or do a no-call/no-show, you will be blocked from booking and you cannot book any future appointments. No Call/ No Show appointments are required to pay the remaining balance for the appointment missed. Deposits are non-transferable for late and same-day cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive at your appointment on time. Please plan accordingly.

Please parking in the parking area that is designated by signs for the shop. The signs may say parking for Nova's Bakery or Great American Cookie and Marble Stone Creamery customers only -- It is fine for you to park where these signs are visible. Failing to do so, you will risk your car being towed or booted.
Time to time the owners of the building will reach out to us to be sure that they don't tow anyone who's in our building but you have to be sure to be parking in the correct area.

No refunds will be given simply because I cannot receive my time back for the service given, please refer to my accommodation policy for more information.

Within 48 hours after your appointment, if something is wrong with your eyelashes then I will accommodate accordingly. It’s your responsibility to follow the maintenance procedure for your lashes and keep your lashes up.
If you refuse to have your lashes washed at the beginning of your service, then you forfeit the ability to get a correction if one is need after that appointment.
If you are not correctly caring for your extensions, you will not be considered for a accommodation. NO EXCEPTIONS
If you would like for me to do your lashes but have on another artist’s work, you will have to get a removal and a new set. NO EXCEPTIONS
Due to COVID-19, Please arrive to your appointment alone as we are limited to the amount of people allowed in our space.
Customers are required to wear a mask — Please remember to wear your mask to your appointment. Failure to do so can result in rescheduling/cancelling your appointment. *This is mandatory. With the exception if you are getting a teeth service.
If you dont have a mask, one can be provided for you for $2
Please be mindful of the safety of yourself and others. If you believe you are starting to show symptoms of COVID-19,please take the necessary precaution and contact your doctor.
If you have been tested for COVID-19 and/or waiting on your results to come back, please DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT until you can prove negative test results.

During your service, you are not allowed to be on the phone. Being on your phone will cut into your application time and I will not remind you to put it away. The longer you'd like to be on your device, the more time you lose. I will not accomadate for any time lost.
*I understand taking a quick, important call but scrolling on social media, texting, etc. is not acceptable.

Currently, before starting each eyelash service, I clean the lashes to be sure that the application of new extensions is successful. (If you are maintinaing your lashes correctly, this will be considered a "light" wash, beacuse there isnt much to remove)
If you arrive to your appointment with very dirty lashes -- clear enough to see that maintainence isn't being done-- you will be charged a Deep Clean Charge ($7) due to the extra time it would take to be sure your lashes are as clean as posible before starting your service.
Follow your aftercare instructions and use the correct aftercare materials.

For custom white gold, yellow gold and/or diamond charms, they are by request only (Please contact me for inventory selection before booking) and there is a $65 reservation fee. Please allow up to 2.5 weeks for the product to be shipped for placement --- I will let you know once I receive your custom gem then we can discuss a time to get it placed.
