Crab Lice

These parasitic insects which infect pubic zones and other areas including eyelashes. They use human blood, and Permethrin (It can treat head lice and scabies) and Pyrethrins (commonly used to control mosquitoes, fleas, flies, moths, ants, and many other pests) is hard, and should be completed with fine-teeth combs and washings.

Blepharitis

This is chronic inflammation of the eyelids that affedcts the eyelashes or tear productions. It can be due to infection(staphylococcus, herpes, fungus, and others), seborrhea, trauma(pucking, rubbing, andbadly applied extensions), or allergy (specially to cosmetics)

Stye

It can be an infection of sebaceous glands at the base of the eyalashes or an infection of the sweat glands. Styes are often filled with pus. Sometimes a stye can form on the inner part of the eyelid. It's not a chronic condition, and usually disappears in one week without treatment, or 4 days with antibiotics.
