#LashTipTuesday: Do's and Don'ts when preparing for your eyelash appointment

Do's

• Come with a clean fresh, face. NO MAKEUP.

• Carry an umbrella if you are coming for your appointment on a rainy day to keep your lashes dry.

• Wear comfortable clothing. (You'll be laying down for a little while).

• Remove your contacts — Bring your case or I can provide you with solution and a rinse cup.

• Turn off/down your cell phone to completely relax while your lashes are being done OR bring headphones to use music to help with relaxation.

• Wash your hair — After the application of lash extensions, you will not be able to wash your hair for at least 48 hours because the eyelashes have to be kept completely dry.

Don'ts

• Wear large or dangling earrings.

• Apply face cream or sunblock on/around your eye area.

• Wear mascara.

• Avoid caffeine and stimulants before your appointment.

• It's best to not wear a low ponytail or a high updo. It'll either cause you some discomfort or prevent me from working properly.
